5. Warranty

MiniPool USA products come with the following factory warranties:

• Structure: 10-year factory warranty against manufacturing defects.
• Equipment: 3-year warranty on filtration and mechanical components.

Warranties are void if the product is modified, improperly installed, or damaged due to misuse, neglect, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions. Warranty claims must be submitted through your authorized dealer. MiniPool USA reserves the right to repair or replace defective products at its sole discretion.

6. Delivery & Installation

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary based on location, availability, and logistics. MiniPool USA and its dealers are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

Professional installation services may be available through your dealer at an additional cost. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the installation site is properly prepared, level, and compliant with any applicable local regulations prior to delivery.

7. Returns & Cancellations

Return and cancellation policies are determined by your authorized dealer and may vary. Please review your dealer's policy before completing a purchase.

In general, custom orders or orders that have already been shipped may not be eligible for return. Any approved returns must be in original, unused condition and in original packaging. Restocking fees may apply.

8. Financing

Financing options may be available through third-party providers such as HFS Financial. MiniPool USA is not a lender and does not make credit decisions. All financing arrangements are between you and the financing provider, subject to their terms and conditions. MiniPool USA makes no representations or warranties regarding the availability, terms, or approval of any financing offer.
